How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait until it arrives and then follow our return process.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can refuse delivery or return the product after it arrives. Please follow our return process to ensure a smooth return and refund.

What is your return policy?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

How will I be refunded?
